You retain all rights to the content you store in Golden Day. We do not claim ownership of your bookmarks, notes, images, or any other content you save.

When you save content from external websites, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content.

Service Availability

Local Functionality: The core offline features of Golden Day are available at all times as they run locally in your browser.

Cloud Services: Optional cloud synchronization services are provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Golden Day is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of cloud-synced data.
